Apartment had everything we needed for a week in Paris. Very easy check in instructions and we loved the neighborhood. So many cute bars, bakeries, and restaurants near by. Host was very communicative and clear! Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was small but cozy and we had everything we needed for a lovely vacation. We loved that the subway was so close and the location was walkable to canal st martin restaurants and shops as well as Belleville. On our last night we had dinner at the restaurant across the street Les Acolytes - and really enjoyed it. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Great location

Great location with good restaurants around, easy to get to via metro from various parts of Paris. Black out shades did great when sleeping in and to keep the apartment slightly cooler on hot days. Comfortable apartment for 2 to sleep at if you will be out and enjoying the city but did get stuffy through out the day. Loved the apt windows (very French) and the bookshelf in the wall when entering the bedroom.

This was the perfect spot for our stay. It is a great location, very close to the two metro stops and a nice walk to the Canal St. Martin. We had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive. A few reasons I didn't give it 5 stars - there is a cafe across the street that was open late and rather loud. There is no a/c in the flat, which is fine - the fan providerd was great - but we needed to keep the window open to stay cool. Also, our flight arrived a few hours earlier than check in and the hosts were very accommodating about letting us check in early, but despite telling them twice that we'd be a few hours early, the apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived so we needed to wait another hour or so. Finally, the electronic lock to get into the building was not working one night. Fortunately, someone else who lives in the building was also trying to get in but as it was a weekend, no one was responding to her calls. Eventually they were able to reach another resident who opened the door from the inside. I'm assuming this was a very rare occasion (although the person who was locked out said it had happened to her the night before as well) and I believe it was connected to the construction being done outside, but Houcine was very responsive when I let them know about the problem. I just don't know what we would have done if there was no one else outside to help with the issue. I would still stay here again though - great spot!

Beautiful little apartment with everything you need

The apartment is in a fun neighborhood with street cafes and lots of restaurants. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave and a toaster oven. Access was easy and the host let us check in early.

Great compact Apartment with everything you need

Our stay here was very good. Close to all transportation. Great little Bistros right on the corners. Grocery store close and convenient. Lots of selection of restaurants. Very trendy neighborhood.

Fantastic spot

The apartment was beautiful and light inside. Clean and tidy. All the things from home. Owner were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Close to the train, easy to get across Paris and see the sites. Close to some cool little bars and restaurants . Would be happy to return if ever visiting Paris again.

Perfect Paris Apartment

Houcine and Edith's cozy apartment was perfect for our holiday. Excellent restaurants, easy access to the metro, and a lovingly decorated one bedroom made our stay practically perfect. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was roomy, and the kitchen and living room were the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day!

This sweet flat was the home away from we were looking for in Paris. Comfy & great location. The cafe across the street was fabulous. The bar Nextdoor to the cafe can get a bit crowded & loud on the weekends. Love how clean and how well the kitchen was stocked if we had spent more time in the flat we would have cooked meals other than coffee in the mornings. Thanks again.

Excellent Accommodations!!!

Last year we stayed closer to the Arc de Triomphe to be closer to the more touristy area. This year we stayed at this property to let us see more of the city without the tourism. This was the best decision we made. The rental was absolutely perfect for two people. There was a nice living room and kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. They have everything you need if you wanted to prepare your own meal or make some espresso! The property was clean. The communication was great. The location is incredible with an amazing cafe across the street, Les Acolytes. There are so many amazing restaurants nearby with great prices. I highly recommend!!!

The apartment was as advertised. The location of the apartment in relation to the public transportation and accessibility to everyday needs were great. However, the cable and access to the internet was not good. Mr. Houcine responded timely to my emails regarding the WIFI and cable but we could not get either to work. We were were able to get a couple of channels at the end of our trip. It was a struggle to unlock the apartment everyday. The building was "run down" which was unexpected. The apartment was well decorated and clean.
