Very central, you will be about 20 minutes on foot from the Arc de Triomphe, 20 minutes from the Palais des Congrès/Porte Maillot, 20 minutes from Parc Monceau and Batignolles, 15 minutes from the Sud Ouest shopping center in Levallois. By transport, between 13 and 25 minutes from all the main passenger stations.
Located on the 5th floor without a lift, this studio will seduce you if, like us, you like simplicity, charm and above all the comfort and practicality of pretty interior spaces.
It consists of:
- a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle.
- a lounge area with a double sofa bed
- a latest generation TV with Bluetooth + Wifi connection
- an office area that can also be used as a dining area
- a bathroom with a large, ultra-modern shower cubicle + suspended toilet.
Bright, warm and with a beautiful view of the rooftops of Paris without vis-à-vis, a most enviable geographical location in this district with a countryside feel in the heart of the city, especially the village district of Batignolles not far away, difficult to compete in terms of amenities nearby.
