The hotel was very welcoming clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very kind and helpful, they answered all of my questions. The food at the adjacent restaurant was delicious. Truly outstanding service (especially Toufik) and a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Incredibly comfortable bed, well designed and recently refurbished rooms and public spaces, secure parking but close to the Metro, free EV charging (though valet parking was 28 Euros per night). You could use the spa area (pool, sauna, steam room) for a pre-booked 1 hour per day, which meant that it was never over crowded because there were no more than 8 in the area at one time. We were able to get access at convenient times.
