The staff are warm, welcoming and make every effort to make you feel comfortable (they even let us check in early after flight changes!). The rooms are pleasant, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is prime for walking and exploring the city. The arc de triomphe is a short walk away and the rest of the city is accessible by Metro. Thanks for taking care of us!

Great location. Pleasant staff and large rooms. Limited restaurant and bar facilities so need to look elsewhere in that area. Also no concierge service which would have helped immensely during Olympic week. All in all a solid, not spectacular choice.
