A perfect little Parisian apartment! Very cute apartment that was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend. The location was incredible - walking distance from everything but not too touristy or loud. The apartment was pretty clean and very tastefully decorated. The bed was quite comfy. Only 2 downsides: was it was on the top floor (4 or 5 flights of stairs) and the ceilings are low (if you are tall you might hit your head). Neither were a dealbreaker for us and we really enjoyed our stay. HIGHLY recommend for a weekend in Paris.

This quaint Paris apartment was just what I needed to feel a part of the spectacular surroundings. It was prepared for our arrival with clean sheets and towels, the view was beautiful, and amenities all worked. The exception was the dishwasher that had been tampered with by the guests before us. We made due. 6 flights of stairs can be intimidating after a long Paris day but actually great exercise! On a return trip, I would stay again due to the convenience to restaurants, taxis and markets. A great choice in Paris! The owner was always in touch and responsive. Thank you Andrea!

The location was great. There was plenty of activity nearby for shopping, eating and entertainment. The Metro was nearby. Everything was as it was listed. Andrea was very accomadating and quick to respond to messages. The negative was the steps. I was aware there were many steps bit not 106 steps everytime I I came out left the apartment. It was a bit too many for me since i am 70 and have a bad knee. The kids wereless concerned with the stairs than i was. I had trouble getting the dishwasher to work but that was probably my ignorance, not the dishwasher.

Great stay!

The property is just as described. It is small but was comfortable for the three of us. I was worried about how hot it might be in the summer heat but it turned out to be ok with good air flow from the windows and the fans provided. It's located in a very lively and fun part of Paris and is close enough to the Louvre and other Paris destinations to make them walkable. Great stay!

Lovely tucked away garret flat

Beautifully kept apartment in a beautiful apartment block. Classic Parisian, tucked away among the roof tips. Great location, lovely cafes, restaurants and shops right outside your front door. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Great transport links. A little noisy sometimes at night. If you are a light sleeper you might be disturbed. Six flight of stairs but my 76 mother who is in good shape managed them no problem. We loved it and will go again

Great cottage at Paris

The property is well located and there are a lot activities to do until late night. The area is full of restaurants. The host was reachable all the time and was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The only thing to say is that it is in a 6th floor and after a long day of walking you have to keep some strength to get there.

Location was great and flat was well outfitted with most things needed. However there was no mention in listing of 6 flights of stairs to climb. The place would be so much more comfortable if a new bed and mattress was available. The bed was not comfortable at all. Could feel all the springs. Would only stay there again if there was a much more comfortable bed/ mattress

Zona tranquilla ma vivace con vari locali, comoda ai mezzi pubblici ed a 15 minuti a piedi da Louvre. La struttura è pessima: vecchia e sporca e credo non sia nemmeno a norma l’impianto elettrico, in quanto molte prese staccate dal muro era fermate con lo scotch. Si trova al 6* piano senza ascensore, assolutamente sconsigliato a famiglie con bimbi piccoli, persone anziane e con disabilità. Difficile comunicazione con host. Uscendo dalla struttura è tutto molto bello!

Siamo stati a casa di Andrea per il periodo di Pasqua. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione perfetta, in zona caratteristica, centralissima e servita, vicina ai più importanti punti di interesse, raggiungibili con una piacevole passeggiata. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve oltre ad essere molto carina ed accogliente. Di notte l’appartamento è silenzioso e garantisce un ottimo riposo dopo le fatiche della giornata. La proprietaria, Andrea sempre disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente per in futuro viaggio a Parigi!
