This apartment was spacious and comfortable, with lots of privacy. The location was fun too, in the heart of an interesting part of town. The beds were comfortable and the unit was cleanWe were frustrated by the rental/check in process. It appears that this unit is primarily rented via a site other than VRBO. That meant that the owner sent us links to other sites that he wanted us to use to communicate with him. These other links went to our spam filter because we didn’t recognize them. The owner did not respond to questions via VRBO. For example, we were only given a single key for our group of 6. When we asked for additional keys, no one responded. In a world where we don’t normally click on links from unfamiliar senders, this use of third party sites is a problem.
