The apartment was exactly as described. Good size and nicely laid out with good privacy. Good shower and water pressure including plenty of hot water. well appointed kitchen and very efficient heating. Owner was very responsive although we rarely had to contact.

The host was easy to contact. He was always available to answer our questions. The apartment had everything one would need for their stay. The location was convenient to transportation, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc. The elevator worked well during our stay. We had difficulty using the door key to unlock the door. You had to pull and turn the knob to get the key to work. We had a few hot days during our stay. Three fans were available for us to use.

The apartment lived up to everything we hoped for. It was spacious, comfortable and full of light. Plenty of hot water even when five of us were there, and the water pressure in the modern style bathrooms was great. Importantly as our stay was through winter the heating was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances worked well. Management was very responsive to questions, and while we only had one small maintenance issue this was addressed and fixed immediately. I couldn’t be happier with the apartment and with the management.

Perfect 90 sq metersflat near Beaubourg and Marais

The real appartment exceeds in quality the description at the site. All appliances ( washing and dryer machiines, owen, microwave , vacuum cleaner etc.) are brand new and functioning very well. We were for one nonth during winter and the heating system , chauffage ,from the floor, is modern, you can regulate the temperature in each space). The bath tube in one of the bathrooms is huge and in both bathrooms everything functioning . Everything needed for the kitchen, bedrooms, bathroons( towels), products for cleaning is available. For the last 5 years we have rented each year appartments at the 16éme, 11 éme, 5éme and this was the best. The rue Saint Martin is very calm , there are different options for restaurants and cafés, very close there are three large food markets( Monoprix, Franprix, and AG20), boulangeries . Each appartment, in a building of five floors , one by floor and the elevator, the lift ,very modern. NO noise at all from the neighbours. You have very close three main metro stations and several bus stops that can take you to every where in Paris. At a real walking distance you have the Centre Geroges Pompidou, the new Bourse arts center (very close you have the famous restaurant Pied de Cochon and the café and restaurant Loup), the Halles mega shopping mall, the Hotel de Ville, the big department store BHV, the magnificent Place des Vosges, the Picasso museum, the Carnavalet Museum , elegant food shops at rue Rambuteau , and at its continuation chic clothes shops and cafés at rue des Francs Bourgois( our preferred is the Camille café and restaurant at number 52 and you have the famous Japanese clothes mega shop UNICLO at number 39 ), the magnificent Musée des Arts et Metiers and the beautiful flamboyant gothic catholic church of St Nicholas des Champs.. Walking through the rue Saint Martin you can reach all these places. There is a post office at rue Saint Martin, 259.The commuication with the landlord Michael and his associate Julie is very efficient, quick and solve any problem you may have. Our group were: four adults and one child of 9 years old for one month in January 2023.
