This lovely home sleeps 2 adults and 2 children comfortably, boasting a private terrace and great location with river Seine and Louvre on your doorstep

LIVING ROOM
Enter the home and find the modern and spacious living room and dining area, boasting natural light coming through the large windows and glass doors leading to the private terrace. A comfortable sitting area is set on the right hand side, consisting of a large grey sofa, armchairs and a coffee table facing the large flat screen TV. A desk is nicely placed by the glass doors and the dining table which sits 8 people comfortably.

KITCHEN
Located next to the living room, the kitchen is fitted with all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, such as induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The washing machine is also located here.

MASTER SUITE
This bedroom is located next to the living room and offers a king sized bed with bedside cabinets and lamps and a mirrored wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a WC, a double wash basin, a bath tub and a separate walk-in shower.

Parisian Charm in the 3rd Arrondissement: Our 15-Day Family Stay

We recently enjoyed a 15-day stay in this lovely apartment in the 3rd arrondissement. Its prime location, 1/2 block away from Marché des Enfants Rouges and two blocks from the Square du Temple -- Elie Wiesel, was a delight. Our young son cherished mornings at the spacious, lively park, making friends with local children. This apartment is a gateway to numerous high-quality venues. We easily explored the city on foot. Its high ceilings offer spacious luxury, and its position on the first floor, without any apartment above, guarantees peace. We cherished the serenity after busy days in the city and relaxed on the private back deck. The high-speed internet met our connectivity needs effortlessly. The parking garage below the building was a plus, ensuring our car's safety. A few points to note: The apartment's storage space was quite restricted because many drawers and cabinets were sealed shut with security tape displaying serial numbers. We noticed dust and a significant amount of dog hair in the unit. There was no air conditioning. While the promotional photos showcased toys appropriate for younger kids, the actual setup was more suitable for teenagers and pre-teens. We commend the property manager for their exceptional service. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and courtesy made our stay hassle-free. While we see great potential in this apartment for families looking for a comfortable experience, we advise considering both its advantages and our noted concerns.

Loved it but......?

Great location and a very good apartment (for Paris) that badly needs Tender loving care TLC and a big clean in so many places actually everywhere before use We had to vacum dust and clean a few areas while washing plates etc before use. Having said that we liked the place it has a nice feel Thank you May stay again

Beautiful home in wonderful location

We stayed with two kids here and it was perfect; nearby grocery stores, bakeries, cheese shops and restaurants, including the enfants rouge market. Home was in perfect shape and very easy to access. Managing company was very responsive and helpful.
