Expérience très décevante d'hébergement

Appartement très malpropre même si le propriétaire nous en avait assuré du contraire; alors imaginez notre déception à notre arrivée; les photos ne reflètent vraiment pas l'état réel de l'appartement. La rue est bruyante avec des prostitués. La vitre de la porte d'entrée est fracassée et le hall d'entrée est à refaire.
