Perfect light and bright interior designed 1st floor centrally located property 3 minutes walk from Pyramides and Tuileries Metro Stations. Very close to major museums and galleries such as Louvre, Musée des Arts Décoratifs and Opera. Great range of pubs, restaurants and shops in the local area and close to the fashionable Lafayette Galleries. Pretty south facing windows with all day sunshine. Good quality bed and bed linen. A possibility of 5th person or child sleeping on a comfortable sofa.

Free Wifi and TV. All kitchen essentials like tea & coffee, salt and pepper etc. Just ask?

The flat is better than many available short-term rentals, well situated for tourism, spacious and close to public transport. However, for a week long stay the amenities need to be improved - things such as providing more than one bath towel, an extra blanket, toilet paper and paper towels. The furniture could also use a cleaning.

Pluses: really beautiful 15’ ceilings, marble fireplace, and spectacular carved crown moldings, nice, thick towels and washcloths, chest high fridge and freezer, working lift, double sinks in bath, walk in shower w rainforest head, good quality cutlery, dishes, pans and skillets, several umbrellas, the two doors lock and unlock easily, two comfortable sofas, nice table and upholstered dining chairs, nice big mirrored closet, and three wonderful Frenchdoor windows allowing us to see the huge orate street lights just outside the balcony. Minuses: NO MICROWAVE. The listing is in Paris which uses but was in which produced surprise and unhappiness at our 20,131 charge for 20 days! The listing says 11:00 check in but we were told it’d be 4:00 instead. If you are a senior, you’ll have difficulty getting in and out of the bed which is quite low to the floor. We were promised toilet paper and pepper which never appeared, we had difficulty operating the oven and washer/dryer combo, bathroom sinks didn’t drain well, shower needs a handhold and non- slip mat, very very poor lighting in living room, not a pencil, pen or paper to be found, no books or magazines, and when we asked for two extra hours to check out, she said “I’m afraid there’s a fee.” I reminded her that we were delayed at check in and she said, “I’ll let you stay till 1:00.”…not very accommodating.

L’appartement était super très facile d’accès et dans un quartier très bien avec toute commodité à proximité, niveau propreté il n’y a rien à redire tout était impeccable et au niveau des instructions l’hôte a été très réactive et clair dans les explications afin d’accéder à l’appartement c’est un 5/5 sans hésitation.
