Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We booked this place over a month ago. 6 days before our trip, the owner or property manager cancelled our booking with no explanation. Trying to book a place for 6 people last minute was not fun and we ended up of course overpaying by close to 1,000. I find it unacceptable that VRBO is allowing owners to cancel booking so close to the check in date. The cancellation policy should apply to the owner/property managers as well. Overall, terrible experience and if i can help it, I will not use VRBO anymore either, but i would definitely be wary of this posting.
