The Space:

Welcome to this stylish 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue du Bac in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 Double Bed, Living Room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, dishwasher, Krup Machine coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The Neighborhood:

Rue du Bac is one of the great shopping and dining streets of the 7th arrondissement, stretching from the Seine all the way down to the Bon Marché. At number 94 you're placed right in the middle of a neighbourhood that feels genuinely Parisian, with independent bookshops, artisan bakeries, wine merchants and flower stalls filling the street at all hours. The famous Maison du Chocolat is just around the corner, and the covered market at Rue de Grenelle is a short walk away for fresh produce and local cheeses.



The cultural riches of the Left Bank are right on your doorstep. The Musée d'Orsay is a ten-minute walk north along the river, and the Rodin Museum, with its peaceful sculpture garden, is equally close. The Bon Marché department store and the beautiful Grande Épicerie food hall are just a few minutes south, perfect for a morning browse or an evening picnic selection. The Jardin du Luxembourg, Église Saint-Sulpice and the lively streets of Saint-Germain-des-Prés are all within easy walking distance, making this one of the most convenient and pleasurable corners of Paris to call home for a few days.

The apartment is in an ideal location for walking to many different areas of the city and also close to several very nice brasseries and grocery stores so that one can enjoy some meals in the apartment. For us, this was principally breakfast.

Pros:--The location is just about perfect. It's really close to Musée d'Orsay and métro stops, but it's a very local neighborhood. --The apartment itself appears to have been recently renovated, and everything is in great shape and works well. It's also clean and safe.--There are three cafés, two boulangeries, a pharmacy and a coffee shop within one minute's walk of the entrance to the building. Be sure to frequent those, and wander the neighborhood a bit. It's awesome.--The management was really great on communication before and during our trip. They were quick and helpful with anything we needed.Cons: --The building is old, and like the listing says, there is no elevator. Carrying luggage up is a chore, and kids might not love the up and down.--The pipes are old, and there's a water pump in the walls that runs every time any water is used in the bathroom. --The bathroom needs a light over the sink. There are wire harnesses ready to go, but nothing is installed. Overall, my wife and I would definitely look at this place again for our next trip!

The prettiest flat, very well furnished, clean, nice big windows. Good neighbourhood, lots of locals, centrally located. Within walkable distance to Eiffel tower (around 2km). We would book again for sure!
