The apartment was in a good location. It was clean enough. The unit needed a book on how to use kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. We bought groceries but couldn’t figure out the stove. Communication was not as good as expected. Overall the apartment is worth staying at, even with quirks.

The apartment was clean which was great and the location also very central.However the layout of the apartment was disappointing as you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other bedrooms which was far from ideal. The photos of the bedrooms on the website were taken from the best angle possible and so the reality was nowhere near as good. Overall - it was ok but not what we were expecting.

Amazing Apt in great location

My family absolutely loved the apartment we rented. The up front communications from host were great and they provided a very nice check in book transaled in English. The facility was very clean and everything was in order. There were zero surprises which is crucial when on a family vacation. The location near Gare du Nord was better than expected with plenty of eating option so nearby and connected via train to Paris. Thank You to Studio Prestige and I certainly will look for other properties managed by them on Vrbo!
