Superb renovated apartment (January 2024) ideally located in the heart of the Marais with a view of the Square and the Picasso Museum, a few minutes from the famous Place des Vosges. Trendy, chic and very lively place thanks to its pedestrian streets which give access to many bars, restaurants and trendy fashion boutiques in the capital. Tastefully decorated by renowned architects, bright, elegant, refined and fully equipped, my accommodation is ideal for a successful stay as a couple, family or friends

Our 29 m2 apartment on the 1st floor without elevator is arranged as follows:

- 1 Fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, hob, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, 1 toaster, 1 kettle, 1 dishwasher, 1 washer-dryer)
- 1 dining area with table and chairs for 4 people

- 1 Complete bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is carried out by a professional agent.

The Neighborhood:
Apartment is ideally located in the center of Paris in the famous Marais district at the foot of a charming, typically Parisian square

You won't know which one to choose between the romantic Place des Vosges - the oldest square in Paris -, the Hôtel de Ville or the famous Musée National Picasso which is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

At the bottom of the building, many cafes for the typical Parisian breakfast (coffee, croissant) you will find the covered market of the Enfants Rouges. For your lunch you can taste the fresh products directly on site, a meeting place for Parisian purists. To have lunch the best falafels in Paris, go to rue des Rosiers, at l'As du Falafel, 10 minutes walk away.
