This was our second time staying in this exact apartment. He is a wonderful host, and his apartment is located in a wonderful location …. The apartment had everything we need in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. A couple blocks from Notre Dam and numerous shops, and public transportation. Comfy, clean beds and a very clean apartment. Until next year, Timi!

Location was outstanding, just a few minutes to very close St Paul metro station and taxi stand. Well stocked Grocery store, butcher, patisserie, Asian takeaway shops, restaurants, and Rue de Rosiers easy walk away. Excellent host Timi very accessible via text nextdoor. The apartment was ideally located right in the heart of the Marais with the metro just steps away. We could get everywhere we wanted very quickly. The area is safe and full of activity. Time was a great host and showed us around the apartment when we got there. He works right next door if you have any questions, but we had a perfectly smooth stay while we were there. It’s huge by any standards, but certainly by Parisian standards. My son and I loved having separate rooms and a huge bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. Timi was such a gracious host, meeting with us and providing a tour of the apartment. It was such a spacious flat and in the perfect location, close to restaurants, cafes, shopping and the Metro. We couldn't have asked for anything more, and can't wait until our next visit.

This is the perfect location! Dealing with Timi was very easy. It was very relaxing in the appt after a long day walking around. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by, including bakeries.We recommend.

Timi was a great and responsive host during our stay. The neighborhood was fantastic, close to the Louvre, the Seine, Notre Dame and tons of shopping and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful with a well-equipped kitchen, nice living room, and comfortable bedrooms. Would absolutely stay again and recommend!

The apartment is fantastic! The pictures are exactly as it looks, but we were surprised at how spacious it was! The bedrooms have more than enough room for you and your bags. The bathroom is also large and has a very convenient washing machine. There is a grocery shop and metro access a 2 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants and boulangeries close by was well.I contacted the host when we were on our way and he met us outside. He gave us a tour of the apartment and a couple easy instructions. He is very kind and answered all of our questions. I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect! Our host was wonderful, friendly and did everything to make sure our stay was excellent The air conditioning units made sleeping easy. The living room was an incredibly comfortable place to relax after a long day. Starting the day with coffee in the sitting alcove of the bedroom watching the streets of Paris come to life was a treat. The location was amazing too.

This was a great apartment with big rooms, air conditioning, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location could not have been better. The metro is close by and so are wonderful cafes and a market for food shopping should you need it. Its location was also close to so many sites accessible through walking. The owner, Timi, is very attentive and responds quickly to all emails. He leaves every guest a warm, inviting, and clean home. I highly recommend this apartment! (and staying in Le Marais)

This place is just perfect for the full Parisian experience. Spacious, well appointed, comfortable. Timi is a delight and just a fantastic host, who meets you when you arrive and shows you everything you'll need to know. The apartment and rooms are quite large, including the full sized kitchen that has everything you'll need. The windows open up over the street and we ended each evening with a drink overlooking all that was going on below. When it was time to sleep, they shut out all the noise and the AC kept it comfortable and cool. The location is great and provides easy access to everything you'd want to see and do, from upscale restaurants to local haunts, a natural foods co-op, coffee shops. We didn't want to leave. If we make it back to Paris this will be the first place we look into.

Large apartment in Le Marais

This is a large 2-bedroom apartment, particularly by Parisian standards. The location on Rue de Rivoli is ideal and the large windows provide a nice view on Parisian life, particularly the corner windows in the master bedroom. The beds are very comfortable and firm. For those who mind, the only downside is that the decor is somewhat outdated, in brown and beige hues. The kitchen appliances are modern, however. The owner literally lives next door and is very accommodating/available, but the checkout time is early (10 AM).

Overall an excellent stay. Here's a summary:Timi, the property owner lives in the apartment right next door and he will respond right away. This is also helpful if you come in after normal hours.The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment. So you have 2 separate rooms with a queen size bed in each, AC units in both, with separate living room & kitchen with a sectional couch. It gave us plenty of room for 2 teenagers and parents. Very fast WiFi.Avoid Uber - there is a taxi rank 200 yards away with metered cabs 24 hours/day and they take credit cards. I tried Uber one time - the driver took 17m to arrive, parked somewhere else so we spent 10m looking for him, and charged more. If I'd known about the taxi rank earlier, it would have saved us time and money.Location is top notch. The apartment is on Rue de Rivoli, you will pass department stores, the Louvre (about 30m walk), Champs Elysees, and the Arc de Triomphe. There's a metro station near the taxi stand with a straight shot under this road. There's also a bus (82 I think) that follows a similar route). The Eiffel Tower is also a 10m walk from one of the stops near the Arc de Triomphe.Look for the Lululemon store to find a ton of very nice local shops and restaurants (don't miss L'As du Fallafel). Lap pool is 10 min away, running club at 7am Wed from Le Peloton. Award winning baguettes at Christian Varbret around the corner. Notre Dame and Berthillion ice cream are 5-10m walk away.And bring a USB hub with your adapter.

Property and manager very nice but some issues

The property manager was a great communicator and went above and beyond to help us check in and show us all about the property. He even bought us drinks when we saw him at a nearby restaurant.My only complaint is that one of three AC units was broken and it was very hot (37 C) the week we stayed. We never got fully comfortable with the temperature except when we could open windows in the mornings.

Beautiful place

I loved our stay at this place. It’s a spacious and clean. There’s even coffee provided. He also gave us some water. I love that there were slippers for everyone to wear so we could take our shoes off at the door. This a great space to stay for several days because it is spacious, and there’s a tub! The only thing was that the ACs were not really cooling so it was hot at night. It was hard to sleep. Also the from smoke from the adjancent apts can be smelled in this unit. If you’re sensitive to that, be aware.

This was a lovely 2 bedroom apt. w/ 1 bathroom.The building had an elevator, & both bedrooms had a/c. That’s a bonus!The host, Timi , is lovely & very helpful.The location in the 4 th arrond. was well located.I was right near Musée Picasso, Musée Carnavalet& Musée Cognacq- Jay.
