    I booked this unit weeks before our stay. In the last week before our stay, I tried repeatedly to contact the host to get final check-in instructions. After arriving at the unit with my family (2 kids!) at 5 pm on a Friday, I learned that the unit was ‘temporarily closed.’ There had been no communication. Of course, my credit card had already been charged in full. After contacting Expedia/Vrbo, I learned that my family had no where to stay for the next four nights. This was Paris on a Friday in June. Rates for similar rentals and/or hotels were 4x what I originally paid! While the customer service agent apologized, my family of four who was on day 12 of travel had luggage and no where to go. We booked an airbandb at 8 pm on Friday night in desperation. 100% better services as we were contacted via email, text, and phone call multiple different times to verify we had what we needed, to check on the middle school sour stay.

    I Do not recommend Apartment The Blue Pearl Suite in Paris. My worst accommodation in Paris ever

    I arrived in Paris to attend the medical congress When I arrived at the place, having a confirmed reservation, payment for this accommodation and having previously written the time of my arrival, I was in front of a closed door. The phone number indicated in the booking was not answered (called several times), the message was also ignored. When I did wait for their manager, who left the closed apartments, I received an answer that the room booked and paid for by me turned out to be overbooking and this is my problem. I was forced to look for new housing in the evening in the center of a big city foreign to me country Sincerely do not recommend Apartment The Blue Pearl Suite in Paris.
