It’s all about the location! If you want to be in the middle of it all, this is it. The bed was comfortable. If your party is more than two, this is not for you. This place is for the traveler that packs lightly. There is a small closet space under the stairs for small luggage and backpacks. We were there when it was cold out and the heat worked great. I did not see any type of air conditioning, but they did have portable fans. We used the kitchen to cook and everything was good. It is a self service setup, no concierge. You are on your own. Overall, we loved it. The location could not be any better. We are walkers, and everything was very walkable. Would definitely stay there again!!

In a fantastic location, handy to restaurants, cafes and galleries, this stylish little apartment was let down by poor maintenance. The bed sagged badly, both the kitchen and bathroom sinks were cracked and the floor boards downstairs were warped. Because the kitchen sink leaked so badly, we couldn't wash up dishes very well and couldn't take advantage of the cooking facilities. And there was a manky smell in the bathroom. Pity!
