On the other side of the room, the dining table is set for four diners and sits next to a large shelf system framing the door to the bedroom.

GARDEN
Walk through the sliding doors to experience the verdant, spacious private garden. It starts as a patio, complete with an outdoor table perfect for a morning coffee in the sun – and then transitions to a large lawn featuring flowerbeds, hedges and vines climbing up the fences.

KITCHEN
This kitchen delivers boldness and creativity in spades. Adorned in a sky blue with interspersed black checkers, black floor tiling and timber countertops, this is a truly unique space. Equipped with all the amenities you’d need, get ready to cook up a storm.


BEDROOM
