Welcome to our beautiful 80 m² apartment, a former artist's studio transformed into a peaceful haven over three levels. Nestled in a discreet passage, you will feel like you are in a townhouse in the heart of Paris.

Please note that the apartment is a triplex. The second floor, which includes an attic bedroom, is accessible by a very steep ladder-type staircase. This access is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, young children, and elderly people. For optimal comfort, the apartment is ideal for 4 people if you do not wish to use the bedroom on the second floor.
