It is conveniently located in a nice area within a walking distance to Metro and the train station. Easy to check in and check out.

Incredible location and very easy to get in and out. No need for a concierge or keys. Right next to the Metro and the train station. Lots of places to choose from to eat.

There was a horrible way to get in. Four codes to remember, and if you don’t have internet connection, impossible to get the instructions from your email. No one to open the door because it was just a building with no front desk. I can say mor horrible experience we had in this place. The room was efficient and restaurants are within walking distance. That’s the only plus I can say, tho the area is full of graffiti.

La chambre était globalement propre, à l’exception de quelques poussières sous le lit. L’emplacement est très pratique, proche des transports et des commodités. En revanche, le bruit du métro et de la rue peut être gênant, mais cela reste indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour correct pour une nuit.

Joli chambre optimisée et bien décorée, un peu exiguë. je regrette l'absence de personnel pour l'accueil. sitaution pratique dans le quartier montparnasse avec des restos et commerces, et la gare.

Très bel emplacement et très bel appartement.

Beaucoup de difficultés à rentrer dans l’appartement (4 codes) mais le lieu est très agréable et très propre. Autre petit souci : le bruit du métro qui passe sous l’immeuble.
