It offers on the ground floor a large living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. A shower room with toilet and a laundry room complete this level.
Upstairs there are separate toilets and 3 large bedrooms including a bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine (width 140) + single sofa bed (120), a second bedroom with a standard double bed (140) and a large suite bedroom with Queen size bed (180) with adjoining bathroom and direct exterior access to the garden. A baby bed can easily be installed in this room.
The new sofa bed in the living room offers high quality bedding (140 Dunlopillo mattress) and is very practical to use for 2 people.
House fully equipped with fiber, fully home automation, google home and sound system easily controllable via bluetooth, Weber barbecue, deck chairs, outdoor dining tables and chairs, adult and child bicycles, games console, TV in each room.
