great location - perfect base for a paris visit

great location as a base for a paris visit - easy access to major sights and metro. smooth checkin process, proactive communication. as a solo traveler, found the property to be well equipped & laid out to make the best of a small space. looks out onto a small courtyard/wall/trees, with no direct line of sight from other units. excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as convenient shopping. would rent again.

Disappointing

Upon entering the extremely tiny flat we were greeted with a bag of trash hanging at eye level just inside door. This was followed by a large hamper full of dirty linens in what passed as a closet. The description does not make it clear that the bed is a Murphy bed that comes down over the sofa (at first glance I thought it was a sofa bed) so there is no place to sit comfortably when the bed is open. I texted the owner to let him know about all three issues. He responded by pointing out that the bed was not a sofa bed. Didn’t address the trash or dirty laundry. We removed the trash and the laundry stayed there all week. The location is great though and it was nice that it was on the first floor. No air conditioning: We were there during a hot week but were comfortable sleeping at night. If you are only going to be in the apartment to sleep, it is okay…..there is extremely little space. The person sleeping on the far side of the Murphy bed has to crawl across the bed to get to bathroom or kitchen.

Great location - bare

Enzo was very friendly and made the check in process extremely easy and delightful. The place, however was a little different from the photos and not quite as well-put together. As expected, it is quite small and would be difficult, I think for more than one person. However the bed was more comfortable than expected and if you are simply looking for a place to eat and bathe in a great location than this would work just fine! I would stay here again - my expectations would just be a but different.

Realmente es pequeño para estar ahí mucho tiempo, pero si solo es para ir a dormir y bañarte está bastante bien, con el dueño buena comunicación y sobre todo accesible, lo que si es que al no tener aire acondicionado y con mucho calor que nos tocó en París el ventilador no fue suficiente para estar cómodos,

A Perfect spot spot in Paris

The apartment is perfectly located. Communication with the owner was very good. He has been very nice to accept to leave my luggage before and after the time. Perfect for a couple, but no more. Its clean with all the necessary accessories.
