Bon rapport qualité prix mais immeuble assez sale avec poubelles mal tenues dans le hall. Quelques soucis dans l'appartement : evacuation douche, abattant WC...Avec la chaleur appartement difficile à aérer mais à ce prix aussi proche du centre de Paris , ce n'est pas si mal !
