Disliked: Communication

Book early or don’t book!

We booked our stay when we landed but apparently that wasn’t enough time. They took the booking and we were standing at the door with our luggage late in the evening only to find out then that they wouldn't let us stay due to the time we booked. So, I’m not sure why it was available for booking. Then the response time to get my money back was very slow, 24 hours or more. We ended up paying double for a place to stay down the street. I hate leaving negative reviews but this was just unprofessional.
