This BRAND NEW (2023 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access (via the Silver Strike Express chairlift) to the world-renowned Deer Valley resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics and a Ski Magazine's top-ranked ski resort in North America. Access is via the Silver Buck ski run, a beginner (green) trail, so any level of skiing ability will get you home!

Argent is considered one of the most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium residences in Deer Valley. Construction finished in early 2023, and our condo is regarded as one of the building's most well-appointed and tech-rich units. Our over 2,000-square-foot condo includes three bedrooms (all with king-size beds) and all with full ensuite baths.

Master bedroom -- King-size bed with pillow-top mattress. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming. Amazon Echo Show. Huge walk-in closet. Automated privacy and room-darkening shades. Second Bedroom -- This is a highly custom bunk room with a king-size lower bed with a pillow-top mattress and two custom twin bunk beds. The room sleeps up to 4 people. The bunk room includes a massive 75" flat-screen smart TV with streaming and Hulu Live TV. Amazon Echo Show and automated privacy shades. Ensuite full bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and T3 ionic blow dryer.

Third Bedroom -- King-size bed with pillow-top mattresses. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming and Hulu Live TV. Amazon Echo Show and automated privacy shades. Ensuite full bathroom, shower, and bathtub combined, and an ionic blow dryer.

Also, the living room has a pull-out sofa (queen-size with dense memory foam mattress) that sleeps 2.

100% of our condo's energy comes from wind and solar power through the Rocky Mountain Power BlueSky Renewable Energy program.

There is a Ring video doorbell by the front entrance door.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find an outdoor pool, ski-in/ski-out access, a hot tub, and a fitness center. Free breakfast is available. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and concierge services are also featured at this condo.
