Modern Mountain-Chic Condo-Ski, Golf, Bike, Hike!

Relax in this beautifully designed two-level mountain condo at the base of Canyons. This family-friendly home has been thoughtfully designed, blending modern chic with a cozy rustic mountain feel, including vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and a stone fireplace.



Located steps from the Cabriolet ski lift, there's no better launching point for your mountain adventures. Come home to a cozy evening by the fire and your own private patio for grilling and taking in the views.



The Space



The main level is centered around the stone fireplace and vaulted living room ceilings with exposed wood beams to provide a relaxing space for the whole family. The private balcony is located off the living room, with an outdoor sofa, table and BBQ grill for relaxing outside and enjoying nature - one of the few RedPine units perched behind the golf course.



Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including high-end appliances: a full oven, stovetop, built-in microwave and full dishwasher. We provide varieties of coffee and tea, including an automated drip coffee machine for the early risers and a pour-over coffee service for the perfect brew.



The primary bedroom, ensuite bathroom and laundry are also located on the main floor.



The second floor features custom built-in bunk beds for the whole family, with two Queen beds on the bottom and two twin beds on top with centered steps for easy and safe access. A second full bathroom is also located upstairs.



A desk nook and playroom for the little ones is located next to the second-floor bedroom, with an open loft feel overlooking the living room.



We have a newly installed ductless AC unit in the living room that quickly cools the apartment during warm summer days. We also offer a portable AC unit that can be used to start cooling the upstairs bedroom until the cooler evening breeze sets in.



Our RedPine unit comfortably accommodates families or groups of 6, with the ability to host up to 8 for larger groups. You'll love relaxing in the Wasatch mountains while enjoying everything Park City has to offer.



Guest Access

The Clubhouse is open to all guests and features the following amenities:



Pools

Jacuzzis

Sauna

Tennis courts

Volleyball courts

Pickleball courts (two remote courts)

Laundry (in addition to the laundry in the condo)

Clubhouse hours are 10am to 9pm.



Pools and jacuzzis are open from June to Labor Day (early September) and from Thanksgiving to mid-April (end of ski season). Tennis and volleyball courts are open in summer only.



The clubhouse and related amenities (pool and jacuzzis) are CLOSED for renovation on the following dates:

From April 16th to the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend (late May)

From the day after Labor Day (early September) to Thanksgiving



The RedPine complex has a strict no-smoking policy. Please be courteous during quiet hours (10pm to 7am). No parties. Alcohol is not permitted at the clubhouse. Violation of complex rules may result in loss of clubhouse access and additional charges.



Please do not climb or play on the bunk beds. The host cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from misuse.



Directions: From SLC airport, take I-80 East toward Cheyenne. Take exit 145 at Kimball Junction for UT-224 South. Head south on UT-224 for roughly 10 minutes and take a right to head west at the intersection with Canyons Resort Drive and Canyons Village. Continue up Canyons Resort Drive just past the first roundabout and take a left onto Chalet Drive. The condo is located adjacent to the second parking lot on your left, containing a sign for RedPine Unit P.

As a guest of this chalet, you'll find an outdoor pool, ski-in/ski-out access, a hot tub, and a sauna. This chalet also features barbecue grills and a garden.
