LIVING AREA
Step into the living area and find a large sectional sofa, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Unwind in front of the gas fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance on chilly evenings. Enjoy endless entertainment options with a 55" Smart TV and a Bluetooth Bose sound system, ideal for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows.

BEDROOM AND LOFT
The expansive bedroom is equipped with a luxurious king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a television to ensure your entertainment needs are met. The bathroom is designed with a convenient tub/shower combination and includes a hair dryer for your use. To accommodate additional guests, a queen-sized, raised, self-inflatable air bed is provided. The loft area, accessible by a spiral staircase, offers a flexible space ideal for lounging, studying, or engaging in games. It also features a full sleeper sofa, providing an additional comfortable sleeping option for guests. This setup ensures both relaxation and functionality during your stay.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The home has one reserved, covered parking space. There's also one parking pass for an additional vehicle in the first-come first-served parking. NO RV, boat, trailer or oversized vehicle (including sprinter vans) parking is permitted. The condo is a short walk from a free bus stop and High Valley Transit, making it easy to explore the area without driving.

High Valley Transit is Park City's main transit provider, offering bus and microtransit services. Microtransit, or "Micro," provides on-demand rides that can be booked minutes before travel using custom-branded vans. The app groups passengers traveling in the same direction for efficient trips and offers wheelchair-accessible vehicles with door-to-door service for those with limited mobility. Use the High Valley Transit app, available on the App Store and Google Play, to plan your trip by entering your pickup and drop-off locations. The app will guide you to your bus or micro-pickup point.

PET-FRIENDLY RETREAT
Powderwood Pines is dog-friendly, accommodating one small dog due to HOA rules. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $50 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
