4,875 sq ft across 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Two full living areas, floor-to-ceiling mountain-view windows, gas fireplace, Sonos sound system throughout, and enough space for 12 people to spread out comfortably.

LOCATION
1.5 miles from Deer Valley Resort base (Snow Park Lodge). 5-minute drive to the slopes. 7 minutes to Historic Main Street. Located in the quiet Oaks at Deer Valley neighborhood; sweeping Wasatch Mountain views, hiking and biking trails from the door.

- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
-DO NOT CARVE ON THE TREES!!!
-Please follow hot tub rules

- NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
-A $300 refundable deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.

- 4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.

Family ski trip to Deer Valley

Beautiful house. Spacious rooms. Five minutes from Deer Valley. Good parking. Four nice bedrooms and a comfy pull-out couch in a separate study. Great for us and three kids and two grandchildren

The Ultimate Family Getaway

We loved our stay at the lodge. It’s a perfect place to hang out with a small group of family or friends. We had a puzzle zone with a fireplace, and a Lego zone for the kids with a fireplace. It was so magical and lovely and we can’t wait to come back! The house is plenty big with lots of privacy in bedrooms if needed. Incredible art collection. Beautiful scenery.

Great stay for skiing trip at deer valley

We enjoyed our stay! Communication with the host and check in process was easy, house is very nice! Free Uber-like shuttle for ski lift was very convenient. We usually waited less than 5 minutes to be picked up and slopes only 10 minutes away. We enjoyed hot tub after every mountain day!Will definitely recommend this house and host. Book without any hesitation! You won’t regret!

DOORS COULD NOT BE LOCKED

We were concerned about security - as the front doors were not lockable - ie there was a chair propped up against the double front doors b/c lock did not work. And further b/c of that, the doors were not usable either. While the property was beautiful and clean, the lack of attention by (we assume) the property manager was concerning. That is a non-starter for us.
