Welcome to Three Kings 80, a newly remodeled, one-bedroom plus loft, two-bath Park City condo rental that stands apart from the rest — a design-forward, art-filled retreat tucked within the desirable Three Kings community just a short walk from the Three Kings lift at Park City Mountain Resort. Whether you're here for a winter ski escape or a summer mountain getaway, Three Kings 80 delivers a one-of-a-kind Park City vacation rental experience defined by style, warmth, and genuine creative character. Scenic cross-country ski trails run adjacent to the complex, and Park City's free year-round bus stops nearby, placing world-class dining, boutique shopping, and local markets all within easy reach.
Inside, this vibrant 1,318-square-foot condo is home to a curated collection of original artwork — each piece thoughtfully paired with its own Spotify playlist. The centerpiece is the Play List artwork in the primary bedroom, a stunning work featuring song titles, artists, and release years — all of which have been downloaded and made available on Spotify so guests can listen along and see each artist on the television. It's the kind of thoughtful, immersive touch that makes Three Kings 80 truly unlike any other Park City lodging experience.
The open-concept main level features a stylish living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, along with a convenient half bath. The private downstairs primary suite offers a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom, while the upstairs loft bedroom provides a queen bed and its own full bathroom — a comfortable, private layout ideal for couples or families traveling together. A full-size washer and dryer, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning for warm-weather stays round out the in-unit conveniences.
As part of the Three Kings complex, guests enjoy access to a year-round heated outdoor pool, community hot tub, sauna, and changing facilities. Underground parking is available nearby under Building 2.
Three Kings 80 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Check-in is seamless with our Direct to Condo process — simply complete the pre-registration form in advance to receive your personal door code. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
