Alex was wonderful at check-in. She was friendly and helpful. The room looked even better than the photo, and was well-cleaned. My family and I were perfectly comfy on our room. My children loved the Holiday lights in the evening.

My one complaint was we were not told prior to booking that we had to pay an additional $25 to park our car for one night.if we had been told it might have pushed us to a property with its own parking facilities.

Beautiful property and we love the Canyons area. The rooms were perfect and the two bedroom condo we had was nice and big. So nice we are coming back this weekend. My only gripe is that parking costs $25 a night. even if you pay for a room. so plan on that. otherwise perfect.

Loved the room and the staff was so nice and helpful! I loved the amenities and the grounds. They were incredibly beautiful. There were some ants in the room but overall very clean. The parking was very difficult. THe parking garage was very small and tight and we couldn't park at the facility but had to park a ways away which was unfortunate.
