Many things to dislike. The quality of the room was poor overall (furniture, carpet, wall paper, bedding, etc). Hall lights on 3-way switch didn't work consistently. Living room lights didn't work at all. Shower leaked extensively. No duvet cover (cover with loose sheets) and exposed duvet was very yellowed. On 3rd floor with no elevator and had to walk length of first (entry) building, then outside, back the same distance, to enter the building and climb 3 flights. Lastly, I arrived during Sundance Film Festival and Main Street was blocked so Uber/Lyft couldn't drop off in front of hotel, and it was traffic chaos. So I was dropped at the other end of Main Street and need to walk the length of Main Street and up the hill with all my gear. Awful experience. I asked the front desk why they didn't notify guest that Main Street was closed and offer an alternative address or direction to get to hotel and the response was, "we have too many guest" - it's a small accommodation overall. Don't recommend.

I would highly recommend this "hotel" when staying in Park City. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is great (you can walk to pretty much anything in the downtown area). And the room (it was really a one bedroom apartment) was spacious, clean and very comfortable (including balcony overlooking Main St). There is even a very good Mexican restaurant on the ground floor.

We were pleasantly surprised with a great stay. Enjoyed the hot tub all by ourselves with the snow falling and property was overall quiet, although it was somewhat dated. Our room was really nice and we had no complaints other than the tiny TV. Front desk staff was great and helped us with locating the EV charger which was very nice to be able to charge up over night in the garage.
