Perfect place for easy access to skiing & comfortable apres ski!

The home was a great set up for our family of 4 with 2 teenage children and a couple of their friends. Multiple hang out areas and very comfy beds. We skied 3 days at Park City, so location couldn’t have been better. Hot tub felt wonderful at the end of the day! We would definitely come back.

Great condo, great location!

Lots of room in a very nicely finished condo; convenient to the bus stop, and very close to town (both Park City and Deer Valley), and even closer to prospector square. Some nice walks and hikes starting just from the condo

Great place - lots of bedrooms!

Convenient location about 2 mile drive to mountain and downtown. Comfortable living room and lots of bedrooms. Only two suggestions, both very minor. When we arrived, fireplace pilot was out. We re-lit, all good. Hot tub water had minor algae and property manager quickly shocked with chlorine. No issue. Again, we really enjoyed the property and felt it was a great value.

Wonderful stay in this cozy chalet-style townhome

Everything is just as pictured and with a fabulous view of the surrounding mountains that we hadn't even noticed in the photos.... we had a postcard perfect Christmas stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, the showers are great and the beds are super comfy. Five stars all around from us. This is the second time we've stayed at one of Susie's properties in Park City and she is always super responsive and helpful.

Wonderful condo in Park City

This multi level condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to be together and also easy to get away if needed with the multiple family rooms. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The hot tub was so nice to have after a day on the slopes! Short distance to Park City Mountain Resort. Great Vacation!

Amazing!!

My family and I stayed in this wonderful home for the week of Thanksgiving! It was absolutely gorgeous! All of the pictures and amenities listed were spot on. It is in a great location with a beautiful view. We loved the hot tub (especially when it was snowing on Thanksgiving Day!!!). Susie was wonderful to work with. We had a minor issue with the cable when we got there but she immediately showed up when we called and got everything corrected. This is definitely a place to stay if you have a larger family...very roomy! We look forward to coming back in the future!! Derek, Rocky Mount, NC

Perfect Place!

Very clean and convenient condo with well-equipped kitchen and wonderful hot tub

We had a great time! A couple lamps were missing lightbulbs, and soap was in short supply in the bathrooms, but that did not detract from our experience. There are lots of TVs in the condo, but there is so much to do in Park City that we never even turned them on.

the property is well located for skiing and dining in park city. the floor plan is a bit cut up.

there was no soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms. toilet paper supply was inadequate. we bought all 3 items. although the floor plan is odd, narrow and 5 floors high, it was usable and comfortable. the top bunk of the bunk beds is in bad need of a new mattress. location is ideal for visiting park city and easily accessible to the ski areas.

A beautiful Christmas in Park City

A beautiful Christmas in Park City’s! We had family come from near and far to all meet up at the condo. It was perfect for our family, with four levels of living space. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. And we enjoyed the gas fireplace very much! Hot tubwas great, especially when it was snowing. Kitchen was well-equipped, as we made most of our meals there. It was our first trip to Park City, and we will definitely be back.

This condo was perfect for our group of six adults. Conveniently located near grocery stores, ski resorts and Main Street Park City. The condo was nice and cozy and very well maintained. This place was so well equipped from kitchen, and bathrooms to family gathering spaces and games.

We had a wonderful time!! The owner has made this place very accommodating for a large group with extra bedding and plenty of towels. She even supplied us with a pack n play. The kitchen was supplied well with all of the amenities you could need. The family gathering spaces were very comfortable, practical and inviting. It is located near town which is within walking distance. There are walking, running, biking trails right nearby which are easy to get onto which lead all around the city. Everything was terrific. We really enjoyed our stay!!

We had a large group of 14 and the condo couldn't have been more perfect.

The way the condo is designed made it perfect for privacy for the various families and still provided community space for socializing and meals. The kitchen was well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised to find many of the staples already in the pantry. The rooms are very soundproof so children do not disturb the sleeping adults. Another nice perk was the hot tub. A huge bonus was the use of several bikes which saved so much on bike rentals. The location near the Rail Trail was perfect for getting anywhere by bike or foot. We had a wonderful stay and I am sure you will too.

Very clean.

We enjoyed 7 nights in this condo. Very clean. Updated. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans and utensils. Coffee pot seemed a little worn out as it leaked a tad every use and lid wouldn't shut completely. Plenty of towels. I'm a clean freak and was impressed! Close to lots of things. Restaurants and attractions. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of some minor "complaints". Probably too strong of a word. The hot tub is only accessible from the 2 basement bedrooms. So if those are occupied it makes it a bit odd to walk through to use hot tub. Other thing was there is no A/C which I heard is common in Park City. I get it. Evenings do cool down usually but we were there July 8th-15th and it was extremely hot. Master is on top floor (5 levels in condo) so it was super hot. There was no night time breeze either I beleive due to location of windows and how condo was constructed. Also no screens on main floor door or basement rooms. We also didn't have use of a garage door opener, however management said they were looking into that. I would stay there again but probably in the winter months. Management (Susie) is top notch. Quick replies and helpful with questions.

Nice condo

This condo is in a nice location next to a trail and it was beautiful. The home is well kept and beautiful. The only down fall is when we visited in the summer it was very hot. There is no AC and the place heats up like an oven. Opening windows works at night, but by noon the next day we were all sweating. I was also dissapointed in one of the "bedrooms" as it was more of a large closet with bunk beds in it. Which was fine for the children, but wouldn't really be suitable to put adults in

Great basecamp for Park City adventures

Home is excellently photographed. Every bed was very comfortable with fantastic linens. Ample towels and amenities. Thoughtfully stocked kitchen, filled with spices and cooking gadgets. Easy walk to shops, salons, restaurants on Kearns. Some really great hiking/dog-walking trails leave practically from the house's door. The house is slightly smaller in real life than the pictures make it seem. The bunkbed room is a real bunk room, with tight quarters and no natural light. We thought we were going to fill every bed, and I think we would have been cramped if one couple hadn't changed their plans. Very comfortable for 4 adult couples. Thank you, Susie!

Great place to stay for a perfect ski vacation

This lovely home was as advertised and was a perfect spot for a Park City ski vacation. The photos are accurate and the home was very nicely decorated and comfortable. We had a couple of questions after we arrived and the owner was quick to respond. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The location was very convenient.
