Enjoy layered outdoor living at its finest—a massive 43' x 40' covered patio just off the kitchen and dining area with BBQ for feeding the crew, a 12' x 19' covered patio off the game room with ice chest access, and just steps below, a 16' x 10' river-level lounge complete with a covered hangout and 10-foot circular sofa—the perfect spot for sunset drinks and river watching.

Was great!

Few small details, one was trash bags seemed to be non existent, and the stove was induction but no where does it say it requires stainless pans and there were tons of iron pans (that don’t even work on the stove) with very little stainless pans. The grille also smelled like something died in it so we went and bought another one to use.
