The room was in good condition and the office staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast was very disappointing and the maids were rushing us to checkout of the room at 10AM, while we still had one hour left to check out by 11AM.

The room was missing a curtain. When reported they didn’t have the same room type available. Moved upstairs and the room had a sharp nail poking through the flooring and there was paint on the curtain. Not in the state of repair consistent with the cost per night.

The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the inside bathroom door knob kept coming off, making getting out of the bathroom interesting. The road noise is extremely loud. I sleep with earplug so i was fine. My wife did not sleep well. The staff was very nice.

They had more than one sign that say you have to schedule your room to be made up. At check in. We did not schedule it and they came in and made up our room anyway. Small plastic bags that we used for our pills were thrown away. Take the signs down or they should follow their own rules.

The rooms need attention. Our bathroom door would not close, bathroom floor was dirty, tv remote would not work and we had to get a new key card every time we left. Management during the day was rude, made me wait 5 minutes to get a key card while they completed a personal phone call. Room was musty smelling.

Hotel is convienent location, but lots of yelling,screaming at night from other patrons.Parking lot very small, and room floor was filthy, turned our feet black just walking to the bathroom had not beencleaned in ages.Rest of room was clean tho.Decent stay for just sleeping place

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I do recommend more grab bars in the tub and bathroom in the handicap accessible room. We were late for breakfast and they had already run out of regular waffle mix. Also the milk was gone. But luckily there is a awesome restaurant just next door! The staff was all super friendly and accommodating.
