Parma City Center Holiday House is a comfortable and refined apartment, located in the center of Parma, convenient to all services, for shopping, restaurants and to visit all the main tourist attractions of the city, reachable in a few minutes on foot. It is also ideal for guests who go to the Parma Fairs or teach at the University. It is located a few minutes from the railway station which is therefore easily accessible by guests who wish to travel by train to reach and visit the other cities of Emilia-Romagna. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and has just been completely renovated and furnished with particular care and attention.
We wanted to create a warm and welcoming environment, suitable for couples, but also for families and groups of friends. We then equipped it with all the comforts and furnished it in a functional way. The building in which the apartment is located has a concierge and is equipped with an elevator. Once you exit the condominium door you are immediately immersed in the lively atmosphere of the city center, on the shopping street and a few steps from the restaurants and shops offering the typical food products of the area.

An excellent stay! We had everything needed. My husband (the cook) had what he needed to make some lovely meals (although he wished there was a knife sharpener.). Good appliances and plenty of outlets. Comfortable bed and bedding and well-thought out decor. Garbage was a little confusing (a reminder sign would help) and we missed a sofa to snuggle on. Friendly helpful host!

The best thing about this apartment is the proximity to everything we wanted to see in Parma. The central location is great for shopping, dining and sightseeing. And it’s a reasonable walking distance from the train station for day trips. The apartment is clean and modern, with a good workable kitchen and dining area. We had good communication with the host and he was very helpful with information It’s a little dark surrounded by buildings and has no view but otherwise a terrific place to stay in Parma.

Clean and well-appointed little apartment in great location. Close to shops and dining right in the heart of Parma. Check in process was easy and the hosts promptly answered any questions. Kitchen was reasonably equipped with what you need. Bathrooom was nicely decorated and very functional. Beds were comfortable and adequate supply of bedding. Only small challenge was understanding the garbage rules - some labels on the bins and maybe a list of what can or can't be recycled would be helpful.Building was very quiet and neighbors were friendly.Definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Roberta's apartment is spacious, modern, bright and very well equipped with quality appliances for our pleasant stay of 5 days. We appreciated being close to all the attractions in Parma and also having Roberta's husband there to introduce us to the apartment when we arrived. We also appreciated having a washing machine.

Appartamento nuovo, arredato con gusto, dotato di ogni comfort, facilmente accessibile a tutti grazie all'ascensore ( caratteristica non comune per le strutture del centro storico ! ). Ottima posizione vicino a negozi e ristoranti ed a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus. Il contesto è tranquillo e signorile.
