Komfortable Unterkunft in Centrums-Nähe

Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Kleine Küche, Sitzgruppe, Betten event. etwas zu weich. Bad und Dusche sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin, bei offenen Fenstern - je nach Tageszeit laut. Geschlossene Fenster: - nichts mehr zu hören, von der Straße; bei unserem Aufenthalt leider sehr laute Gäste (Monteure aus Ost-Europa??), es scheint als würden Firmen die Unterkunft für Ihre Arbeiter nutzen. Vorteile: sehr Zentrumsnah gelegen, mit Bus (Tageskarte 3 Euro in der Bar/Tabak schräg gegenüber) ca. 15 min. in die City. Schallisolierte und klimasierte Räume (nach außen). Nachteile: Im Haus teilweise viel Lärm (Gäste, Putzfrauen, ...)

Excellent location, very nice modern and spacious apartment. Bed was objectively terrible though, extremely soft with huge sag in the middle. Otherwise, all very nice. Got free parking by the hotel no problem (but it was out-of-season).

très agreeable nuit passé. lieu au calme, da sla verdure , à 2 à 3 kms du centre ville de parme. appartement très bien amenagé et fonctionnel. Nous sommes arrives tard dans la soirée ( 11PM) et le gestionnaire s'est arrangé pour nous laisser les clés et nous a guidé par téléphone à notre arrivée pour acceder à l'appartement malgré l'heure tardive, il s'est montré très disponible et arrangeant.
