Our newly constructed complex is situated 150m away from our neighboring villa, offering a secluded and luxurious retreat in Paros.



The Private Villa spans 250 sqm and comprises two villas and two suites, providing accommodation for up to 14 adults and 4 children at maximum occupancy.



Featuring a total of 6 bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds, the villa offers indulgent comfort. Notably, one of the suite's bedrooms boasts a private hydromassage on its terrace, while one of the villas also features a terrace with its own private hydromassage. Additionally, there are 7 bathrooms equipped with showers, along with 2 attics for added convenience.



The villa's interior is complemented by fully equipped kitchens in the villas and expansive 250 sqm terraces offering breathtaking sea views.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private heated swimming pool free of chlorine, overlooking the serene expanse of the sea. The outdoor area also features amenities such as a BBQ area, table chess, and petanque games for children, ensuring entertainment for all ages. A private parking lot and spacious garden complete the outdoor space.



Designed for both comfort and functionality, the villa exudes a contemporary aesthetic, catering to discerning clients in search of luxury and refinement.
