The top floor has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a working area and a private balcony with a grand view.

The ground level has one wing with 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with 2 twin beds, bathroom with shower.

The other wing on the ground floor with an open space patio courtyard around a lemon tree includes 4 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed and a small desk, a dressing room, a private balcony and en-suite bathroom
- 1 bedroom with a queen bed sharing a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom with two twin beds (or it can be configured as a king)

The open-plan lounge and dining room looks out on the pool verandah. And outside there are many seating areas, including a vast marble table for dining al fresco.
