If you dream of waking up to the sound of the waves, the ever-changing views of the Aegean Sea and appreciate being close to not just the seashore but one of the best-organized beaches of Paros, this home is for you! Opening the shutters every morning to the sight of the sea is a real delight, dining on the terrace while watching the sunset in blissful silence will certainly fill you with serenity. Parikia, the port town of Paros is only 5 minutes by car or by bus.

The space
The house is a one-level home and the main entrance is through the elevated terrace that runs along the whole front of the house. The living room is in one space with the kitchen. There is an antique wooden breakfast table with 6 taverna chairs, a very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a traditional stone-built sofa with a comfortable mattress - same as the beds but 80 cm wide - also suitable to sleep a child up to 10 years of age. The living space is air-conditioned and has a television too.

The bedrooms have separate doors. One of them is a spacious double bedroom with fantastic sea views from the king-sized bed. Ensuite bathroom with shower attached. Air-conditioned and has got access to the large terrace.

The other bedroom is a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be put together to form a double. There is a shower in the bedroom and it is very quiet, offering garden views. A second toilet is on the corridor leading to the bedroom.

All the windows have integrated mosquito nets that can be pulled down as needed, and all the rooms have air conditioning with remote control.

The house is situated less than 100 meters from the sea, offering the best sunset, and is surrounded by Mediterranean plants.

The front sea view terrace has 4 loungers, a sofa with a coffee table, and a large wooden table with 6 armchairs.

There is also a wind-protected back terrace overlooking the garden with lemon and orange trees and equipped with a wooden table that can seat four people and 4 cream coloured director’s chairs. Collect your peppers and tomatoes straight from our veggie patch, garnish your salads with herbs from the garden and enjoy Mediterranean living at its best!
