This floor also includes an outdoor shower with heated water and a private two-car parking space.

Third Floor
The top floor is home to the master suite, offering complete privacy and comfort. It features its own bathroom, a TV, fireplace, and beautifully crafted stone wardrobes. Surrounding the suite is a 120 square meter wraparound terrace, including two built-in lounge areas and a third porch with a built-in sofa and table — ideal for sunset views and tranquil evenings.
