This exquisite three-level villa spans 250 square meters of interior space, complemented by 200 square meters of balconies and terraces adorned with traditional fretwork. From here, you can take in stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of Naousa, the iconic Kolibithres beach, and the neighboring island of Naxos.

First Floor
The first floor hosts three spacious bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, a comfortable sitting area with sofas, and generous built-in closets. Two bathrooms serve this level: one with a large shower and a separate guest WC. You’ll also find a cozy, fully equipped living room and a dedicated laundry area.

Second Floor
The main living area awaits on the second floor, with two large sofas and a charming fireplace. The adjacent dining room seats up to 11 guests, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all necessary utensils. Step outside to a sheltered BBQ area and an 80 square meter terrace, complete with a bamboo outdoor lounge and a marble dining table for 11. This floor also includes an outdoor shower with heated water and a private two-car parking space.

Third Floor
The top floor is home to the master suite, offering complete privacy and comfort. It features its own bathroom, a TV, fireplace, and beautifully crafted stone wardrobes. Surrounding the suite is a 120 square meter wraparound terrace, including two built-in lounge areas and a third porch with a built-in sofa and table — ideal for sunset views and tranquil evenings.

Additional Features
The villa is fully climate-controlled with autonomous air-conditioning on each floor and Wi-Fi coverage throughout. A solar water heater ensures energy-efficient hot water. The main house, garage, and lush garden areas are thoughtfully lit, creating a magical ambiance by night. With an elevated position and strategic design, the estate offers unobstructed views in all directions while maintaining complete privacy and independence.

There is also the option of further services with an extra charge.

The Greek Environmental Fee is 15 Euros per night, is not included in the price and has to be collected at the property from the guest.

This house is incredible! Paros is amazing and beautiful. The location of this beautiful home is perfect, and the house is just amazing. It's beautiful and comfortable. This house is stunning! The hang out spaces and outdoor spaces are magnificent! We have atvs for our stay in Paros which I would recommend highly to explore. This was just less than 10 minutes from Nassaou.

Beutiful authentic Greek house

Highly recommending Dream villa! We were 3 families visiting Paros for the first time. We absolutely fell in love with the island! Jason's house proved to be a great home base. Location wise, we were a short ride from Naousa that offered shopping, restaurants and beautiful stroll through the old part of the city. We were surrounded by several great beaches, 5-25 min away. Every morning, I would walk to the closest one (in front of the Siparos Restaurant) for my morning swim. The houses it's self is beautiful!! It was larger then it looked on the photos. All bedrooms are spacious so our group of 10 was very comfortable. I loved the house décor and all the decorating details that perfectly reflected authentic Greek ambience. Plenty of outdoor space with great views. Two outdoor showers were great addition to two full bathrooms in the house. It was nice to shower under the stars on warm Paros nights. House kitchen is on the small size but it had everything needed for preparing mostly breakfasts as were eating out most of our meals (recommending having spices rack available for the guests). Dining room table was perfect for our large group. Internet connection worked fine inside the house and on the top verandas but it was not reaching to the lower level veranda. Communication with the owner and on site manager was good, they offered their assistance and responded to inquires. Mid week cleaning was provided. I would gladly stay at this house again.

Rien à dire, nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette magnifique villa, et nous reviendrons avec certitude. Jason et Alexandros ont été très aidant dès la réservation et pendant toute la durée du séjour. La maison est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate des plages, et proche de Naoussa. Nous avions tout à portée de main pour passer une semaine idyllique. La maison est très confortable et décorée avec goût. La piscine, toute neuve, est un vrai plus. Les terrasses de la maison offrent de multiples vues sur l’horizon. Idéal pour un séjour prolongé à Paris, en famille ou entre amis.
