One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Beautiful, clean and new. We were received with a glass of wine and a friendly face. The pool overviews the property and it’s truly a dream. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for making us feel so relax

Horrendous experience and stay

I would discourage anyone from staying here, especially if you’re a foreigner tourist. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable during our stay because there was no manager or security on the premises. This allowed for belligerently drunken guests to party until past midnight. The guests yelled out racial slurs and were cursing at us for speaking to the one guard for some problem solving, and there was nothing done about this. There was no one to fix the problem at night and the next morning, the hotel was unaware of what happened the night before and didn’t take any measures or responsibility for that matter.

Beautiful Property and Setting. Still working the bugs out. Construction going on just outside our sliding window door. room 1. Also staff very polite however need to be trained more. Waited for breakfast until after 10 AM. No chef, so we left

La verdad el hotel está increíblemente bonito, el servicio deja mucho que desear, falta personal, pero en el área de alberca el servicio es malo, el desayuno incluido deja mucho que desear. Aún así volveré, las instalaciones muy bonitas pero el servicio debe de mejorar. El vapor en el baño de hombres no funciona.

Excelente estadía

El hotel está bellísimo, la atención de todos fue excelente, el desayuno muy rico , el área de asadores muy lindo, cómodo, la alberca muy bonita Las habitaciones muy limpias , solo los colchones no son cómodos (sería el único pero que le pongo)
