The room was in poor condition hallway door was hard to close same as bathroom door,the carpet was very badly worn ,the beds are very high too high for a shorter person,my wife had to stand on one of the crappy chairs to get on the bed,the repairs in the next room ended late and started early around 10 am . The Dining room was great friendly staff and the food was excellent

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room are outdated but clean. I love all the extras they had on site like community bbqs and fire pits. The location is perfect if you are going for an ATV/snomobiling adventure. The trails lead right to the resort.

This place for me was an ideal location to be able to visit family in the area for holiday weekend and have access to the many things to do outdoors in Seguin. This place was more impressive then I expected for a highway side motel. Room was impeccably clean. Lobby was large and simple - could have used a bit more furniture for sitting and waiting. Breakfast bar was REALLY good again for the price of the room. The courtyards were so cute with firepits and chairs, and I love that they rent ATVs for use. I didn't try the restaurant so can't speak to that but - staff was responsive with a barking dog issue. Big parking lot with lots of room for boats and trailers. And excellent highway access. Definitely would recommend as a place to stay while exploring the area. Lots to do on the old highway 69, where it is located.

It is very old and needs a lot of work. Carpets were very dirty as were the curtains. I had a terrible asthma attack that lasted hours. We could not stay the second night we had booked out they would not refund the night. They did finally agree to refund 50 percent but given the situation we were not happy. The bed was terrible, the pillows ridiculous, the tv sucked and there was zero water pressure in the shower. Was hoping we could submit some photos but doesn’t seem to be an option.

Breakfast is as expected, however, dishes get piled and left too long and items (cream, jam) don’t get replenished quick enough or they advise that they have run out (which is not acceptable in my opinion).
