Room was clean and comfortable. The elevator did not work, the body soap dispenser was empty and the room was not made up until 8pm. They should not be charging for parking in a location like this. Breakfast that was included was pretty bad Convenient to rt 10 and 287

Room was filled with ants and small black flies. Hotel reported that the fee for having a cat was $175 but then charged me $350. I paid for the hotel via Expedia but then was charged by the hotel for the room, resulting in a full refund from Expedia. None of it made sense. Please consider staying at a different hotel in the area.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Cons: I reserved a room for my family but didn’t live there. They discovered ants in the bathroom when they checked in but didn't tell me until the night before they left. If I had known earlier I would have asked to change the room.
