Everytime I stay there, there’s an issue this time my tv didn’t work sooo all night I had to be in a room with no tv, called the front desk they said they’d sent someone never did. Last time it took them all day to fix my toilet and then the front desk had the nerve to ask me if they gave me a plunger if I’d plunge the toilet after 7 hours they finally moved me to a new room.

It was disgustingly dirty. The floor was unswept and not mopped, stains on the bedding and huge dirt stains on the curtains by the windows. The tub in the bathroom had a dirty floor mat inside. On top of that, guest services were extremely unhelpful. We asked someone to come and clean the room and they gave us the runaround only to never come and clean the room or simply replace the bedding. We had to stop at a nearby Walmart to get swim shoes to step in the tub and sheets and a comforter for the bed because of how dirty it was.

Toliet wouldn't flush, tv channels were not programed. Alarm clock was broken. Website and a sign located in the loby said there was breakfast included. But there was actually no breakfast both mornings we stayed. The floor was sticky and not washed. And the house keeper never came to give us more towels or to clean the room on our second day.

Quality InnWayne Fairfirld Area Was horrible the bathroom shower ahead keep falling off it took me 50 minutes to try to take a shower get And the door was broken it was really hard to get in the bathroom

The hotel was full of bed bugs I came with my 3 kids and they all started itching and they gave me another room and it had bed bugs also they sent me 2 miles away to another hotel that hotel gave me a room and there was people in there they gave me another room and it had bed bugs and spiders I would never stay here I had to drive back to Boston at 3 in the morning the rooms look under the bed there was bottles of sprite
