Nice spacicous rooms. One problem was the heat. No aircon. The outside temperature was particularly hot, 39°C. The room fan helped but other areas were extremely warm. Still like this hotel and will stay again in the future.

poor service attension

Very poor attension to opening the breakfast times. I was to open at 7am, but didnt open until 7.45 on a Monday before our teams work. Poor selection of breakfast, no taking care of damp towels in room or the room when returning. Would assume there was cleaning to take place the days I stayed. Over payed for the price it was

Accueil du matin bien meilleur que celui du soir. Petit déjeuner correct et varié. Serviettes et draps propres. Par contre, pour le reste, rien ne va. Hôtel clairement vétuste. Installations vieillissantes et complètement dépassées. On sent que l’entretien général du bâtiment et les réparations ne sont assurées qu’à leur plus strict minimum. La SdB était dans un état comme j’ai rarement vu dans un hôtel, surtout pour un 3 étoiles. J’en donnerai 1. La chambre pas beaucoup mieux. La literie est très fatiguée et de mauvaise qualité. J’ai vraiment du mal à comprendre que des clients aient pu noter 10/10 l’établissement. En bref, je n’y retournerai pas.

Ne recommande pas cet établissement !!!

Je ne recommande à personne. Nous prenons cet hôtel car il est à côté de l'Ehpad et c'est plus pratique afin de profiter au maximum de la personne qui est dans cet établissement spécialisé lors de nos visites. Propriété à revoir en totalité, rideaux occultant troués donc plus occultant du tout. Il y fait un froid insupportable...on a même pas envie d'aller à la douche tellement il fait froid dans cet hôtel y compris dans la salle du petit déjeuner.. Il n'y a même plus de bouilloire pour un petit thé histoire de se réchauffer un peu. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, alors là séjour couronné en beauté. Service jusqu'à 10h normalement, donc il doit y avoir de quoi manger au minimum jusqu'à 10h. Et bien non ! À 9h30 il n'y avait déjà plus de pain. Et à 10h pile et bien aucune possibilité de reprendre un café car la machine était à l'arrêt. Tout est rangé à 10h. Hors à 9h55 des personnes peuvent encore arriver, et bien ce n'est pas la peine car de toute façon il n'y aura rien à manger. Nous avons constaté cela à plusieurs reprises ça n'est pas un cas isolé. Mais aujourd'hui, cerise sur gâteau, le monsieur de l'accueil qui débarrasse le petit déjeuner n'a même pas attendu que les gens partent, il a demandé si ils avaient terminés pour prendre les plateaux. De ce fait, ces personnes ont regagnés leur chambre. Bravo ! Il faut revoir la totalité des services de cet établissement. Un manque de savoir vivre complet pour un établissement d'accueil clientèle. Pas de plateau d'accueil dans la chambre alors qu'il est indiqué à la réservation. On nous a dit que la bouilloire était grillée mais l'hôtel n'étant pas complet, il aurait été simple de déplacer un plateau ou de nous attribué une chambre en disant. Côte propreté, il y a encore de l'amélioration à apporter surtout à la salle de bain... Un seul mini gel douche pour deux, pas de minis savons, pas de gobelets jetables. La literie est pas mal mais un seul oreiller par personne au lieu de deux habituellement... Côte petit déjeuner, ça reste récurrent, le service est jusqu'à 10h le week-end, surtout ne pas arrivé à 9h55....car dès 9h30, il ne reste plus grand chose.... Et à 10h00 précise, les machines à café et à jus sont éteintes et tout est rangé. Le service est revu à la baisse. D'ailleurs, un couple avait demandé un gobelet pour boire un café dehors, et bien ils ont eu un gobelet pour deux. La réaction surprise et amusée de la dame m'a fait sourire, j'imagine qu'ils ont partagés le café dans le gobelet. Encore quelques améliorations à apporter, mais hôtel sympa pour une escale. Manque de convivialité du personnels, un petit sourire ne coûte pas cher et fait plaisir.

Belle chambre, propre et bonne literie. Très chaud dans la chambre, impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit de la circulation. Il y a un ventilateur colonne, mais celui-ci a une minuterie d'un temps maximum de 120 minutes. Donc il fallait se lever toutes les 2 heures pour le remettre en route.

Pour un arret pas trop loin de poitiers, une nuit ça passe. Positif :Literie confortable, baignoire dans la salle de bain. Negatif : accueil pas hyper chaleureux. -10 euros le petit dejeuner, pareil pour les enfants, et meme pas une tranche de jambon à 9h, un samedi matin🙃) -salle de bain vieillotte et menage non fait.
