Nestled within the heart of the tranquil Whangarei Heads, an area that intertwines the charm of towering mountains with the allure of local white sand beaches, lies Nook Bay House.

This architecturally designed three-bedroom Villa has the main suite and ensuite on the eastern wing and two king bedrooms to the west. All bedrooms have blackout curtains.
This house is perfectly orientated for afternoons relaxing on the deck, enjoying the stunning water views across the bay.
With an open-plan living area, the house presents an excellent indoor-outdoor flow to the main hardwood deck where you’ll find a comfortable outdoor sofa. This is a great option for an extended family getaway.

Nook Bay is an architectural, North facing delight. Stretching an impressive 32.5m in length, every inch of the living and bedroom spaces soaks in the mesmerising 200-degree harbour view.
You can watch the ever-changing seascape as the yachts move through the bay below. The 10 meter swimming pool complete with sun loungers and large shade umbrella is the perfect hang out space for all, capturing the sun from dawn to dusk.

Grab a game of petanque, play in the pool or perhaps explore all Whangarei Heads has to offer.

We have a 12 m 2.5 ton swing mooring below the house which is available with this property. Whangarei Harbour offers great fishing and exploring by boat in general with the option to launch off the Parua Bay boat ramp on your way here.

Whangarei Heads is well known for its scenic beauty as well as fantastic white sand beaches and great walks and hikes.
