Arranged on two floors, the three-room apartment in a villa of over 60 square metres welcomes you with a very modern living room characterised by shades of black, white and blue, consisting of a table, sofa bed, corner kitchen with induction hobs, coffee maker and coffee machine with pods, kettle, dishwasher and oven. The double French window gives access to the large garden with an awning and glass parapets allowing an endless lake view. The floor is completed by the small bedroom and the bathroom with suspended sanitary fittings. The helicoidal staircase in cement and stone leads to the master bedroom, unique for the poetic view from the full-wall window, the exposed beams and the mirrored wardrobe that enlarges the available space; on the floor there is also the bathroom, also equipped with a bright full-wall window and an emotional shower, and the panoramic terrace with sun loungers, a true triumph of privacy and an apotheosis of emotion. Situated on the lake, the town has Montisola, a popular tourist destination and the largest lake island in central and southern Europe, in front of it, and the typical local vegetation on either side, with houses that thin out to make way for kilometres of natural areas suspended between land and water. A short distance away are Boario for thermal baths, the Franciacorta wine cellars, the Presolana massif for high-altitude excursions, the slopes of Colere, Montecampione and Monte Pora for hiking and skiing, and Valcamonica for archaeological tourism with its 300,000 rock engravings.
