Located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles is this wonderful 1918 Craftsman home. This home is located just 5 blocks from the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Enjoy the large fenced yard with hot tub and expansive outdoor areas. Under the Oaks is the perfect destination, as have the entire property to yourselves. House has a full kitchen, living + dining areas and one bedroom.

Living Space:

This home features a western decor in this craftsman style living space. The living room has leather couch & chair and features a Smart TV.

The kitchen is Fully-stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker as well as an Nespresso espresso machine, are provided for your morning pick me up.

The Bedroom has a King size bed and a 50” Smart TV.

The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. There is a full size washer and dryer.

Outdoor Areas:

The outdoor backyard space is fully fenced and features a large open space with spa, seating area and fire pit. Grill it up on the gas BBQ.

Pet Policy:

We are DOG-friendly with a Fifty dollar per pet fee. Maximum pet allowance is 2.  Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a Five Hundred Dollar additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.  Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.
