Maxime's gîte is located on the ground floor (direct access or via about ten steps) of a fully renovated manor house with views of the vineyards and the Albères mountains. This single-level gîte is arranged around a welcoming open-plan living area combining the lounge and dining room. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner induction hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and Senseo machine, allowing you to easily prepare your meals. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) • Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) Access to the outside is via a flight of about ten steps leading to the shared, enclosed garden with trees. The 8x4 m swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.80 m, is open from May to mid-October. A summer kitchen is also available, shared with a second gîte located on the first floor. Private parking is provided. You will be staying in Passa, this pleasant and peaceful wine-growing village, which is the ideal starting point for exploring the Pyrénées-Orientales between the Mediterranean Sea and the Canigou massif!
