Amazing new hotel

It was amazing for us. We needed a night stay in Passau and this place ticked all our boxes. Brand new hotel opened last year in the summer. Convenient location, clean, air conditioned room, spacious bathroom and underground free parking. And the cheapest in the area...

Room was basic,looked brand new. Many heavy fire proofed non-automatic doors to carry the luggage through before reaching the room. Staff was friendly. Overall, not bad.

Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Frühstück hervorragend sollte unbedingt dazu gebucht werden. Super Verbindung per ÖPNV direkt vor der Tür. Werden wir weiterempfehlen.

Es war vieles noch neu. Hotel ist gut erreichbar, hat geräumige Tiefgarage. Bushaltestelle zum Bahnhof und Zentrum unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Leider kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer. TV Programm spärlich, nur 3Sat, Regulierung der Klimaanlage etwas unklar. yfenster leider nicht zu öffnen. Geräumiges Bad, bequeme Betten.

Das Haus ist ganz neu, was man an der Sicherheit der mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und der Bar gemerkt hat. Auch es bei manchen Dingen noch Unsicherhieten gab, waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, alles in akzeptabeler Zeit zu erledigen. Lediglich bei der Redchnung gab es Differenzen zwischen dem Rechnungsbetrag und dem Betrag, den ich bei Hotels.com bezahlt habe. Ich habe die Korrektur der Rechnung per Mail angefragt und hoffe, dass die Rechnung noch korrigiert wird. Leider habe ich nirgends eine Telefonnummer zur Rezeption gefunden, um das am Telefon zu klären.
